Order Processing: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and handcrafting of your products. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email when the order is processed and will receive an additional confirmation email when the order is shipped. Payment Option: We currently accept Amex, Discover, Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary in order to make a purchase. Sales Tax: All orders placed in the State of Connecticut will be charge 6% sales tax. Shipping Method: Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. We currently only ship within the United States. Out-of-Stock Items: We will notify customers immediately in the event that an item is out of stock. Customers will have the option of having the item shipped separately or having their order held for shipping until the product is ready. Items shipped separately will incur additional shipping charges. Return Policy: We strive to guarantee the quality and safety of our products. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to accept product returns. If for some reason you receive the wrong product in your order, we will gladly exchange the product at our cost. Damaged/Lost Merchandise: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping courier directly. We take the utmost care to ensure that every order is packaged to arrive undamaged; however, once the order leaves our hands, we cannot be held liable for loss or damages incurred during transit. Please retain all shipping receipts and information for claiming procedures. Shelf Life: As our products are made with only natural ingredients and without synthetic preservatives, we recommend using the products within 4 months of purchase date to ensure maximum freshness.
